Bikes under $5,000 NZD

For bikes under $5,000, the guaranteed buy back price is around 50% of the purchase price, less damage and consumables.
They all go out having had a full service, have good tyres, chain & sprocket and wheel, head & swing arm bearings.  If the bike is serviced en route by you, keep the receipt and we will credit you with a pro rata amount.

Bikes between $5,000 NZD & $7,000 NZD

For bikes over $5,000, the guaranteed buy back price is around 60% of the purchase price, less damage and consumables.

Bikes over $7,000 NZD

And for bikes over $7,000, the guaranteed buy back price is around 70% of the purchase price, less damage and consumables.

Before you start.

Before you start, we will tell you exactly what the cost of the consumables are, so there are no nasty surprises.  We will also give you a guide for damage, so if you drop it, we’ll charge you to repair to replace the damaged item.  However, as we know these bikes are meant to be used, we’re not worried about scratches and afew scrapes.  That just shows you’re enjoyed yourself!  We are more worried about bent forks, dented tanks, ripped seats, damaged rims or mufflers and other major items.  Of course if you buy a bike off us that is already “used”, then it will cost less.  Keeps the cost down!  But it will be mechanically sound.

To arrange a motorcycle

Just fill in the form (over there on the right side of the page) and tell us your budget and the type of bike you’d like.  Or you can leave it up to us to recommend one.  We will need a month to get a special order one or we’ll just get the best one we can as soon as we can if you are in a rush.  But we’ll try to fit in with you and your plans.  At present we simply buy to order, but we will build up some stock amount as we grow.  With each order we need 50% deposit, which is fully refundable if we can’t get you a suitable bike.  The balance is due before your arrival.
